Default Brenda Watson weight loss plan....

I just saw this woman last night for a few minutes and was wondering if any one has checked out her "Fiber 35" book on weight loss.....

She doesn't say anything we probably haven't heard before ...eat your grains, fruit, veg. etc.....but I like the idea when someone spells out the meals out for you....her plan is that if we eat 35 grams of fiber a day we will lose weight, feel better, and never feel hungry....what do you think?....
