 How do you stop a puppy mill?
I think I found a puppy mill not too far from where we live. They have cages set up in the front and back yards full of dogs. I couldn't get too close to the property, but from what I could see, it appeared that there were multiple breeds of dogs, perhaps Yorkies and Malteses. I feel sorry for the dogs because they obviously are kept outside with little interaction with their human owners.
How do I find out if this is a puppy mill? And if it is, how do I get them shut down? |
