Thumbs down How long can a stubborn Yorkie go without food?

As I read all the post for recommendations on how to get my Yorkie to eat, I find myself even more frustrated. We are both stubborn: she will only eat Cesars and I want her to eat dry food because of her teeth. People around me, as much as I ask them, keep on giving her people food in my absence which doesn't help me at all. I have, honestly, tried everything. Yesterday I bought Royal Canin 30, which is for picky eaters. She hasn't even smelled it. She refuses to eat and I can hear her stomach making noises because she's hungry. One night I literately had to put food in her month and when she realized that she wasn't going anywhere, she ate. I don't want to do this again. Can I just leave the food and rely that she will be so hungry that she will eat? I have been to the vet for this but it didn't help. She's so quiet during the day and I guess it's because she has little energy. She can go 2 days without food if I don't give in and give her Ceasars. I don't think I've ever been this concerned about her. Should I try cooking for her? What veggies to you give your yorkies to supplement their diet? Any recipes?
