I have always been told after water breaks it should be 15 minutes - 30 minutes but no longer than 2 hours
But you have to watch for signs and if you feel like you need to go to ER, you do that.
All dogs are different and you know your girl best.
If you feel she needs help by all means better safe than sorry.
