 sounds like felix in the Odd Couple
Rockie makes a noise, sounds like Felix in the Odd Couple. He would clear his sinuses. The Vet said it was just that, clearing his nose. down there on the floor, there are things that get sniffed up there. He even gets water up his nose when he drinks to fast.
But, I would ask your vet cause I you never know and we sure aren't vets.
