I put all the cloth ones in the washer on delicate setting. Then I put them in the dryer on low heat. Even the ones with the squeekers come out beautiful - and the squeekers still work.

The latex and all, I use a small amount of bleach mixed with water (my friend worked at a day care center, and that is how they cleaned their toys). I make sure they are rinsed well.
