I do, use heat lamps. I have a PVC pipe attached to the crate and the heat lamp clamped to the pole. I put an outdoor thermonitor on the bottom of the crate and adjust the position of the lamp until I get the temperature I want. With heatpads the moms want to chew on them and fluff them up and sometimes the heat pad will be on top of the puppies. |
