I believe the right thing was posted...talk to them if you have not done so, you at least need to give it a chance.... call the dog warden, there are laws in place for these things, as in leash laws.... call the police..... or just pick than darn poop up & get on with it....sheesh... if a pile of poop was all I had to deal with it would make my day...
