I'm not sure what type of discrimination your referring to....but some celeb's and sports figures are now having " conduct clauses" put in their contracts so they can be let go if their behavior puts a company or organization at risk ....I don't know if he has one or not but that could be a reason he was let go before trial...if that's the case then it is not discrimination it would be their legal right to protect their assets and reputation....just another p.o.v
