I feed Innova dry puppy and it works for us. I'm pleased. One other thing besides the gradual mix of the old and new food to get them used to it, is to do the same thing with your tap water. If you plan to give tap water, start with distilled and mix it with tap. Increase it a little each day until they are on straight tap water. I was told that they can get diarrhea from switching to city/tap water too quickly.
