As long as the seller as 99% feedback or better and lots of it than I would trust him/her...read ALL if any feedback and see what problems there have been. I personally dont buy from anyone with negative feedback...they must have more than 10 good feedback and I never buy from anyone who is brand new to ebay...good luck!!
