I usually run or do the eliptical 3-5 times a week, and have recently started to do weight training. I used to do Pilates a lot, but got a little burnt out on it. But I am sure I'll pick it back up sooner or later.

I do all of the above. I am sooo uncoordinated on the elliptical though! I know I am going to fall of one day! My trainer is focusing on doing all core training with minimal weights... the results are coming a littler slower, but I like the way my body is looking leaner and my muscles look longer too! Why wasnt I the one that invented the Big Workout Ball???? Then I could be with my babies all the time!
