I got my dog Pasta used to the blow dryer by having him in the bathroom when I dried my hair and would point the dryer at him once in awhile. After about 2 days he thought it was a game. Now he gets out of bath and just rolss over and over untill he is dry. He loves the blow dryer now. I started bathing him with a little water and would bring toys in for him to get used to water. I even got in with him to keep him calm with my shorts on. He now likes to play in kiddie pools outside and puddles of water. My only problem is brushing him because he will grab the brush and run thinking its a game. I just wait for him to fall asleep. Hope this helps.
