She sounds like she just has gas from the change in food. Dogs are so sensitive to food changes. I was told by a vet that it's normal for them. I know when I switched Eury's food we went through a couple of days of gurgling and farts bad enough to make your eyes water and nose burn. LOL But she was just fine after a couple of days so I wouldn't worry.
