I work out everyday. I wieght train with light weights 4 days a week. Run 2 times, 5 miles each a day, do yoga every day, and I swim 800 meters 3 times a week. Sometimes on the weekends I will go for bike rides also. But I train for marathons and triathalons and I am obsessive about my wieght so I watch everything that goes into my body also.
