Aww, they are adorable!! Congrats on the litter!!
Did you check to see if she has a cleft pallate, this could be causing the sound. Make sure she is gaining weight each day and keep a close eye on her.
I know that when they are first born you suction out their nose and mouth and if that doesn't work you can sort of swing them real fast downwards holding them steady in your hand (hard to explain, easy to do) and that works pretty well.
