i too would take her to the vet, but i would also put the syrup on her gums. My vet always told me that i should put it on my finger and wipe it on my dogs gums and tongue, cause if they are not feeling well they won't lick it. that at least will help til you can het her to the vet! i will kepp her in my prayers
