If your problem is resizing, here is a link to Irfanview. It is a resizing program that is very easy to use. Just download it, keep the icon on your desktop, when you want to resize move the picture link to your desktop, click on the Irfanview icon to open, click and drag the icon of the pic you want to resize into the Irfanview box, and click on 'image' at the top, go to resize ( I use 550) go to 'file' and save it.
When you want to upload it on YT, just to go the desktop link to the picture and choose it.
