I usually run or do the eliptical 3-5 times a week, and have recently started to do weight training. I used to do Pilates a lot, but got a little burnt out on it. But I am sure I'll pick it back up sooner or later.

just READING that was a work out -
makes me want to start again ...does anyone ever go to CURVES for Women ? I have one really close to my house and I'm def getting some curves...problem is they're in places I never had them before.
