I don't know how old Chloe is but my little boy Sonny, now 3, done this when he was a pup but he just stopped doing it on his own. I guess he learned to control his bladder. If she is young maybe she will out grow it too. I used to warn guest that he pees when he gets excited. Maybe someone on here can give you better advice as how to stop it. Good luck.
