Who works out? I love working out, I used to hate it, then last summer I got really into running and now I lovvve to work out. I was just wondering who works out? And what kind of workouts do you do?
I usually run or do the eliptical 3-5 times a week, and have recently started to do weight training. I used to do Pilates a lot, but got a little burnt out on it. But I am sure I'll pick it back up sooner or later.
