 Similiar Problem
I had a similiar problem and my Yorkie was given the same antibotic. Took the antibotic for two weeks and still had problems. Just posted a long message about Coat Handler products. Started using the 15 to 1 shampoo and conditioner once a week and appied skin works to all affected areas 3X a day and I no longer have any problem at all. I think my problem was even worst than yours because my baby had pin head pimples and large sores on his abdomen as well as the crusty flaky skin.
