Dick was mad about the way Jen handled the veto comp. He had a few words for her outside, then Jen went inside and started talking to Danielle about how it's wrong for her to cheat on her boyfriend on tv. Dick got mad at her for talking to Danielle like that and dumped his glass of tea on her head.
The funny thing is that Jen doesn't seem to get bothered by Dick that much. In fact, she almost seems like she purposely antagonizes him. One day she was reading the rule book in front of him. I think she was trying to see if he's breaking any rules so he could be tossed out. All they really did was call Dick into the Diary Room and talk to him. He said it wasn't that bad. I saw all this on Big Brother After Dark on Showtime Too.
