Sorry I had to run to post office but now Im back
I honestly dont know if nails would snag on it. My girls like to dig too and so far they havent snagged thier satin bed but weve only had it 2 days so Im not really sure. My girls have sooo many blankets that I often put them in the bed with them so I know that will help protect the bed from getting snagged.
