got a job at the Pensacola Zoo and is just in her "element"! We met an interesting Forestry "Person" down near Denver last week-end who had the cutest little Silky/Yorkie mix! It seems her daughter works for a vet and they had a patient give birth to two babies and the owner didn't want them ... told them to just go ahead and "let them go"!!
The girl was heartbroken so she put them in her pocket and brought them home! [Good girl!] They got the owner to sign them over and this precious little silky was the remaining baby [the little boy didn't make it]! She was just so adorable ... how could anyone be so cruel ... if the owner didn't want puppies, why wasn't she a more responsible owner?? Go figure!!
