I see some "yellow", so I do think of pus. Pustules can look a little different depending on where they are. Did it *look* like pus when they popped it?

So, are they trying to tell you that the stitches aren't absorbing properly, do I have that right? If so, keep a close eye for infection. But, they should be absorbed by now. If this doesn't go away, I would request, at their expense, that they xray the area just to be sure that nothing was left inside of him (don't freak out about this last statement, it's just sort of a last resort if it never improves).
