I am so glad his grandparents saw this grandson as the beast he is and turned him in. A lot of people would hide his actions to protect the families namesake.
If he would do this to his grandparents dogs, I belive his grandparents need to be scared of him and watch their backs.
Because anyone who would do this to a dog will go after humans because he is not firing on all cylinders!
I do hope he gets a LONG and prison term.
