Riley used to have really dry skin too! He scratched a lot (No he didn't have fleas or mites) All of his scratching caused him to get lots of little scabs where he scratched and dandruff. We switched to Fresh N' Clean Oatmeal and Baking Soda Shampoo and Conditioner and we love it. It smells great and Riley's dry skin problem was solved.
