My guess is, they don't tell the owner, because the owner might start to wonder what they did to the dog to make the dog bite
If there is a three strike law in your area, after 3 bites, they have to be put down. so many may not tell because they love dogs, and realize that under certain conditions a dog might bite, but that does not make them a vicious dog. |
