I'm sorry to hear that. Look at it this way, at least you KNOW now and can do whatever you want with what land is yours without his interference. I sure hope the lawyer has a way for you to get your fence, that just doesnt seem right. Moving doesn't sound like a bad idea. If your neighbor is THIS much of a jerk (I mean really, let you have your fence) that's gotta be miserable.
BTW, there's a house for sale about a block from me...lol, but I think our lots are just a little too small
