We have been pee pad training our Eury because of where we live. Even if we take her outside, there isn't anywhere she can go like a grass plot. We have to walk two blocks for that and that's not very easy to do when she's really gotta go.

Regarding the crate training for at night, we also use a pen for her at night and when we are out. It has her sleeping area (her travelling bag), food, water, toys and her pee pad. And we had no issues... in her pen, she uses her pad every time she has to go potty. As she gets older, she uses it less and less at night cause she can hold it longer and longer. One big plus to this, we can sleep through the night cause she has everything she needs. Being my hubby is military and getting up early is the norm, I can't tell you how wonderful this is!

Now as to accidents, etc. Yeah Eury still has the occasional accident but she's also still a puppy at almost 5 months. Our vet said to expect accidents until she's about a year old and then only once in a while if she gets overly excited, nervous, etc. We hope that our next assignment allows us to have a place with a back yard though so she can enjoy that.

Anyways, I hope all that helps. And I like Milo, it fits is cute face. Ya know I was reading once that cats and dogs seem to respond better to names that end in vowel sounds. Dunno why. LOL
