I've been going to petsmart for over a year now for Snooki's grooming and I love it! He always comes out so soft and smelling lovely! I do understand your feelings though. I think at petsmart, you really need to explain what kind of hair cut you want on your doggy, be really specific. Then when someone does a good job, keep getting the same person to do your yorkie's grooming. There was one incident at petsmart where we tried a new groomer and she made Snooki look like a schnauzer! We didn't like that cut! But it grew out quick and then we explianed specifically what we wanted to the next groomer and acheived a good looking doggy!
