Rocky had a testicle that didn't drop, and they took it out when they nuetered him. I know it costs more because they actually go inside them, at one vet they were charging like $400, but at another it was $160. It all depends on the prices in your area. They also told me to wait awhile and see if it drops, but by like 10months when it didn't drop, they didn't think it would and I didn't want to wait any longer. The vet said that over a year is when problems can occur, I think maybe 18months but I could be wrong, I just remember it was over a year. I'll keep your little guy in my prayers. I'm sure he'll be O.K
