Tucker does this! We have a pee pad in our bedroom that initially was for when we went to work but now he's really good at holding it so he doesn't need it during the day. Instead, he uses it early in the morning while we're still trying to sleep. He hops off the bed, pees, and comes right back to bed ready for more sleep! Some days he pounces on us and licks our faces before settling down again but he's a pretty good sleeper overall.
