Hey guys thank you so much for all your help...now a new problem...Riley will only go tinkle on the puppy pad but not poo poo

...I will sit there for like 20 minutes repeating the same words "Riley poo poo here..." and he just walks off..I have tried blocking him in but I cant do that forever...is there a trick or something that you guys KNOW works...I know all dogs are different but any ideas will be helpful.
