I've found...because of my own experience...that when I used just a plain bristle brush, I wasn't getting all the way down to the skin. I finally got a slicker brush and am careful not to scrape their skin, but with it, you are able to really get down there. When I realized that Gracie's butt was all matted up, I must have ripped out half of the hair back there. I had to learn the hard way. Don't have problems now with my slicker brush. |
