Yes it is possible if you go at the wrong angles - you can also give them razor burn very easily cause I just did that to Chanel after doing my own grooming for years now -
All I did was hold it different and boom - she had a sore little hoo-hoo the next day - I didn't even know I had done it.
So - use it FLAT against the skin &
never go against the edges of the ears either cause you can gouge the ear - Always Go Flat on the ear in an upward sweep - same with the bootie - just gently go around the anus - not on it -
they're meant to be used just like you'd trim the back of a childs neck - remember that when you were a kid ?
