below is the email I received

I recently found a Yorkie in Rosedale MD. I continue to advertise in the local newspaper to locate the owner. He's 3-5 years old. He needs dental work and shots. What are your thoughts? I don't have the time
to care for him because I'm self employed. I've own a cat for 17 years and love him with all my heart and have no desire at this time to adopt a dog. Please respond.
