Oh, and do you let her have free run of the house? Until she gets a little more consistent, you might want to confine her to one room. I just read back and saw there are two spots where she pees... You can try putting a pad in both of those spots. I find that on carpet the pad makes more of a crinkle sound under their feet, and she may start to associate that sound as the right place to go pee.
