If there's one spot that she usually goes to, you might want to move the pad there. If she keeps going on that spot, praise her for going on the pad. Then if you move the pad, see if she goes to the pad again or just to the same spot. There might still be some scent left in a spot where she's peed before that the cleaner might not get out. A mix of vinegar and water works great for getting the scent out! Good luck!
