When you see her move away from the pad to pee, don't let her even start. Pick her up and put her back on the pad. Eventually she will just let it go on the pad. When she does, PRAISE PRAISE PRAISE. It takes a lot of time, so be patient! My little girl started being consistent after a few months, and now at almost 2 years she still has accidents once in awhile, although they are mainly just being ON the pad but her pee just missing the edge of it. Be prepared to spend a lot of time with potty training! Are the pads you're using scented?
