Gracie only uses pads at home. Otherwise, she goes outside. She starts getting antsy and starts crying when she needs to go. At the office, she does get distracted so I just take her out every hour or so until she goes, then every two hours after that. The same thing when I have her over to a friend's home. So far, so good. I have been doing this with her from the time I got her so she is used to going outside. When you have your baby outside at work, walk in a circle and say potty. This will mimic the usual "potty dance". It is similar to running water for humans. Good luck.
