It depends what teeth they are for me..top pup canina are rarely a problem if left for awhile..they are the ones BEHIND the adult canine.
If they are the bottom ones, then they are side by side and can push the adults way out of line..the pup teeth are on theinside and the adutls onthe outside pushing them out the sides of the mouth.
Usually the single teeth will fall out and the caps on the molars can be brushed off as rule...that can cause nasty breath.
So I would wait depending on which ones..now you have to figure out what teeth he is retaining..LOL |
