I lived in Mpls. for 5 years, my hubby grew up there. I was JUST on this bridge LAST WEEK when we were up in MN for vacation w/ his family. I remember how slow the traffic was bc of the construction in this particular area (summer is construction season in MN).
My father-in-law travels this bridge every day to and from work. Thankfully, he's okay.
This could have been so much worse, the only blessing is that it was down to 2 lanes.
