Maddie ran away when we first got her, but she's never been sick in the year we've had her.
Though Maddie thinks it's fun to practice her flying by walking around the living room without touching the floor (she jumps from couch - chair - couch - window lol).

You have a reason to be paranoid...These pups can get hurt pretty easily. My suggestion is to let her have fun and be a dog, but keep an eye on her so she doesn't try to test her bravery too drastically as yorkies love to do.
