Coby's were both up when we got him. After a couple of weeks, one went down for a week. When it went up, the other went down. After another week, both were up. I'm told that as they are teething, they lose the calcium that makes the cartilage in their ears strong. (The ears suddenly feel very "limp".) So it's perfectly normal for the them to go up and down. If they stay down for an extended period, you can think about taping them to support them until past the teething stage. But you probably won't have to worry about it. It's normal!!
