I believe that whatever the body doesn't use/need will be flushed from her system, but ask your vet. He/she might be able to recommend a nutritionalist that can give you a proper dosing for your girl. Many dry kibbles have folic acid in them and so you may not need to supplement. More and more are also adding DHA and I imagine ARA isn't too far behind.
These are all things they advise pregnant women to be on and I know that a friend of mine that runs an exotic cat facility gives his felines these suppliments as well during pregnancy and lactation.
