Otis was paw licking and the vet put him on hydroxyzine 10mg twice daily. She said he has hay fever/allergies. It's an antihistamine that has to build up in their system before it begins to help. He's doing much better, in fact, I've only been giving it to him once daily for about a week. I sure hope she gets better. I'm sure you have, but if she's a puppy, have you ruled out mange? Good luck. It's so hard when you know somethings bothering them and mommy can't make it better!!!! Hang in there. Let us know how she does.
