Your going thru so much and I sure don't envy you at all. What ever the outcome, I'd leave things alone and not poke sticks at the devil. Maybe you could find a better few acres without the hassels. As for your anniversary, at least you two have each other and that's much more than most have. I didn't even have my husband home to even give a big hug to on our last two anniversaries. Don't let all these pressures come between you two either. Other demons are not worth your happiness and health.
