Well, isn't that a good reason to rid oneself of a pet. But maybe they couldn't afford the treatment. If so, I feel really sorry for them. That's really hard. My family wanted me to think hard about Tink having her surgery and treatment with the infection. But, she's worth it to me and I don't have anyone else I have to take care of financially. So.
